Your puzzles are made in your browser. Custom words are not sent to a server, added to page links or recorded in analytics. PuzzleKitLab has no accounts or server database for your word lists.
Your words and downloaded files
Your words and preview pages stay in the current page’s memory. They are not saved automatically, so closing or reloading the page loses unsaved changes. Save puzzle settings downloads a file to your device; loading it reads the file in your browser. Settings, PDF and SVG files may contain your words. Check them before sharing.
Your color preference
PuzzleKitLab can remember your light or dark preference in your browser’s local storage, under puzzlekitlab:theme. Choose Reset theme preference in the footer to remove it. Without a saved choice, the site follows your system setting. The site also works if local storage is unavailable.
Information received by the host
When you visit a page, the hosting provider receives the usual web request information, which can include your IP address, browser details and the page address. PuzzleKitLab does not add analytics tracking or logs of your custom words. The host handles network security and access separately from puzzle generation.
Advertising
Ads are currently off. Before ads are enabled on public pages, the publisher account, audience review and any required consent system must be set up. This notice must also be updated to describe the services in use. Ads and analytics are excluded from Make your own. This preview does not claim to have collected consent for advertising.
